Spring is here… finally! The trees are blossoming and that makes me happy. Day’s are longer, more light, more sun, yes! So when this dress arrived from Belloya I wanted to shoot it with blossom trees and so we drove through our town last sunday to find the perfect spot. We found a whole street filled with white blossom trees. The blossom patels wirled down to the ground, almost like snow. Magical!
Spring is the time of the year, when it is summer in the sun and winter in the shade – Charles Dickens
Now on to the dress, that’s why you are here, right? So it’s a nice jersey fabric made of 94% viscose and 6% elastane so it wears great on warmer days because that stuff breaths. It looks like a wrap dress but in fact it’s a faux wrap: the upper part is like a wrap and the bottom is just a normal skirt and has a tie in the waist which you can tie as tight as you want. Just the way you like it. I fell in love with this print, nice colors and easy to style with many other colors matching the dress. I choose these orange/red sandals for this look but in fact when writing this, I’m wearing it with black opaque tights and black heels. That makes this dress multi-wearable and that’s always a plus for me. This dress also comes in a white print so check that out when you visit the Belloya shop. I’m a size 50 and I’m wearing a size 4 in this dress,
So how about you, are you glad spring is here?
